Affordable Suites Mooresville/Lake Norman

We needed a place to go asap. This is where we chose to stay. Had dog and cat and they took my dogs ESA license with NO problem. We were there about 6 weeks or so and had a great experience. Not only Dana which is the manager and lives on site but her whole crew were fantastic!! Made sure we got clean linen, towels and wash cloths whenever we needed them. Had a full size refrigerator which was nice because everyone knows how expensive it can be eating out every night. The people became like family. We will stay in touch with them. If you look on their website it says 24 hour onsite manager and Dana was there for us completely. Even on the weekend!! We would definitely make the same decision if it happened right now. Staff is amazing, rooms are like tiny apartments, close to all the things but hidden away.

We were good with it being a no frills rental. Stayed 2 nights. Be aware of the limited staff hours. Wasn't a problem for us. Pros- Newly remodeled room. Clean and large. Great price. Large TV in both living room and in bedroom. Quiet location. Strong Wi-fi. Cons- Needs a door for the bedroom. Hard floors make noises louder. Toilet wobbles, installer didn't shim it. Printed channel guide for TVs were wrong as TVs were new. Can recommend staying here.

Well, for starters, the price of the rooms was under $100 per night, and let me tell you, it was well worth the price! The suite is really a suite. It came with full size appliances such as an oven, microwave, and a fridge and freezer. There was a mini coffee maker, and some pots, pans, bowls, plates, and some utensils. The bathroom was spacious and the bedroom came with a king sized bed that wasn't "worn out". There were two tvs in each suite, with one in the living room and one in the bedroom. If you wanted to stay the whole month, the price drops considerably to $68+ tax. Trust me, if you're in the area on business, this suite will exceed your expectations, especially for the price. *** Our room was on the second floor

Everything about this place was awesome! We stayed for the weekend, and even tho we got in after the office was closed, the lady at the front desk was still so happy to accommodate us, we had reservations and check in was a breeze, I love that you have to have a key to get access to the stairs to the rooms… felt secure and safe, it was close to Walmart and tons of restaurants. The room was clean and beds were comfortable! Ohhh and the water pressure was amaaazinggg!

this place grew on me as we stayed. i liked that the bedroom was fairly separate from the living space. the shower pressure was insanely good. i definitely wasn't expecting it. unfortunately, the living space smelled like smoke until i got used to it. the couch was a little tough but otherwise it was a decent hostel. the wifi was also a bit of a struggle, but the office hours support was very good and helpful in that situation.

Off the beaten path, out of the way. All entrances are in a interior courtyard, with a carded entrance. Staff is very friendly, I believe they are all family as they said its family ran business. These are more like short term apartments than an extended stay motel. We'll kept units with clean common areas.

What a great little spot for an amazing price. I was nervous booking a hotel that doesn’t have 24/7 front desk but the lady I talked to on the phone made it super easy for me, since they have lock boxes placed for late arrivals. The building loops around and closed up front which makes it very safe. My room was huge, the bedroom was separated from the living room. Everything was clean, kitchen was properly set up! I can’t say enough great things! This place got it figured out!
